Winter Psalm – Learning Tracks

This is an arrangement of a song I wrote at the start of 2019 for AcaBella, the female a cappella choir I lead. I placed the original melody in soprano 1, even though, in the first section of the song, soprano 2’s line rises above it in places. In truth, both soprano lines could be a tune in their own right! The alto line is equally melodic – so everyone is happy! It’s a song of gratitude for the gift of singing that can bring comfort, joy and can lift the spirits even during the darkest of times.
