Waterloo Sunset – Learning Tracks

This heartwarming and very singable 1960s classic by The Kinks is given the acappella treatment, with the tune mostly in the tenor part, but interwoven with the basses in the verses. There are some lovely built-up layers where the dynamics can be played with to create light and shade and create momentum. An easy-to-mid level SATB crowd-pleaser, very achievable for community choirs with lots of repeating patterns for ease of learning.
