Sweet Child O’Mine – Learning Tracks

This is a VERY stripped-back version of the Guns ‘n’ Roses original – it doesn’t have screaming guitars, it has gentle piano and very restrained vocals. At its heart, the lyric for the song is a love ballad, and this is what has been emphasised in this arrangement. There are a lot of complexities in the writing, and it is designed for accomplished choirs. It should be an absolute gem in a programme though, demonstrating lots of choral technique whilst crossing that genre divide between classical and rock.

Piano accompaniment is provided, and we also have a custom-crafted backing track available, which includes piano, cello solo, and string orchestra.
