Sunshine On Leith – Backing Track

The bespectacled Proclaimers may seem unlikely pop heroes, but think about how many times you’ve heard 500 miles in any context – And I’ve been delighted to discover that “Sunshine On Leith” ranks among many people’s top 5 of all time.  It has echoes of both the spiritual and social in equal measure and if you haven’t yet seen the YouTube Videos of 40,000 Hibernian fans singing it after their cup final win in 2016 then do yourself a favour!

The tune is shared a bit around the parts but sits mainly in the tenor line.  Chord symbols are provided in the score for an accompanist but we have also provided a backing track here as an alternative.
