Ain’t No Cure For Love – Learning Tracks

This song has all the Leonard Cohen hallmarks covering love, religion, sex, and drugs in the most beautiful and poetic way. I arranged it because it was requested by a member of my LGBT+ choir and when you hear the words from that perspective they are really moving. The song is in essence a slow doo wop with all the parts getting a chance to sing lovely melodic phrases. It builds in complexity as the song develops. Sing it with feeling and there won’t be a dry eye in the house.
