Africa – Sheet Music

A blast from the 80s! The tenors have the tune in the verses and the sopranos take over in the chorus. In the introduction I’ve simplified the original riff for the sop 2s and altos – it needs a solid group on the alto 2 part. There needs to be good energy on the crescendo into each chorus and a clear return to the quieter dynamic in the intro/verses. It’s a bit of a challenge but manageable for most SATB choirs – the soprano, alto and tenor parts all have occasional splits.
